The homes you would expect to see in Palm Coast generally sit on 80×125 size home-sites. As for the style of the homes, differ significantly but the size of the properties range around 1100-2500+ sq ft and more.

Palm Coast was incorporated as a city in 1999, therefore, the oldest homes you will are in the 70s-80s. During the economic surge Palm Coast was the fastest growing city.

You will see each subdivision is referred to by locals as a letter rather than the actual name. This is simply because the streets in that subdivision begin mainly with that letter or because it is a nickname of the subdivision based on the location.

    • Northern most subdivision in Palm Coast
    • Located on the west side of I-95 & close to US1
    • Golf course community
    • Best subdivision if you plan to commute to St. Augustine (30 miles north) or Jacksonville area (60 miles north)
    • Things to do nearby: Fishing, Princess Place Preserve, Florida Ag Museum, The Conservatory Golfing
    • Local’s favorite spot to dine: Ai Japanese Restaurant, A1A Burrito Works

Indian Trails ~ AKA ~ “B” Section

    • Just south of Matanzas Woods makes this another great area if you commute to St. Augustine (33 miles north) or Jacksonville area (63 miles north)
    • Located on the west side of I-95 & close to US1
    • Things to do nearby: Fishing, Indian Trails Sports Complex, Bird of Paradise Nature Preserve, Heroes Memorial Park

    • Located west of I-95 & also the easiest access for this highway. Also close to US1 & SR-100.
    • Close to Florida Hospital Flagler

European Village ~ Condos Palm Coast 

Ideally located in Palm Coast between Daytona Beach and St Augustine, the European Village Resort is a destination in itself, which makes for a unique investment!

Equestrian Properties in Flagler County:

The Flagler Beach Polo Club East offers serenity and activities of country living, while retaining the upscale impression of a gated community.
